Shawn's professional expertise with technology includes assessment and planning, product selection and evaluation, technology administration, training, and application and database development.

She has more than 15 years’ experience helping nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and governmental entities understand how technology can make their work more effective and efficient. She combines enormous technical know-how with strong communication skills and extensive understanding of the nonprofit environment.

Shawn has worked with a wide range of customers, helping them to assess their use of technology and develop comprehensive plans for new and improved technology.  She has worked extensively with database applications used for client and service tracking, fiscal management, customer relationship management, donor management, and community resources. Shawn provides assistance in helping to identify what technology will improve their operations, software selection, vendor negotiations, implementation and training.
