Thanks for this very interesting list of links. Several caught my eye. Regarding the link on 'email newletters' I recently read an opinion about reasons to NOT use an email newsletter. It's from Howard Sewall's Direct Connections blog, April 24, 2007 entry, where some comments have been posted. Howard Sewall is an expert in direct mail marketing.
I don't have any affiliation with him or his group, but have enjoyed his email newsletter for several years.
