Annoucing Ask Idealware

We're starting a new blog feature that I'm really excited about: Ask Idealware. We get a lot of specific software questions - both emailed to the Idealware address, and to me personally. I try to respond to as many of these as I can, but often I know that I'm not the best person to ask. And many of the questions seem relevant to a lot more people than just the person who asked.

Enter Ask Idealware! Send your questions about choosing software to ask@idealware.org. We will chose several questions a month or more that we think are broadly relevant to a number of organizations, and send each question on to the people in the Idealware community that we think are most qualified to answer it. We'll then post the question and the answers here on the blog, Ann Landers style.

We won't be able to respond to every question, but we'll try to take on a variety that covers the most common questions and needs.
