Software for Team or Friends-Asking-Friends Fundraising

The TechSoup forums recently had a great thread about software that will support team fundraising, to for instance allow a number of your constituents to create their own fundraising page and solicit their friends for a walk-a-thon (and thanks to Robert Weiner for highlighting the thread!).
