Paid registrants for Idealware training are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- The learner cancels the registration before the start of the program.
- Idealware cancels before the start of the program.
- Idealware substantially fails to deliver the program as described on the registration page.
Paid registrants are eligible for a partial, pro-rated refund if Idealware cancels one or more sessions of a multi-part program.
Learners are not eligible for a refund if they miss one or more sessions or if they fail to obtain the login information sent to the email address they provide. Recordings and downloadable course materials are available in the event of a missed session.
