Prior to joining Idealware, Colin enjoyed 15 years in Hollywood studios before focusing his skills in digital advertising. Soon after a start-up that Colin worked with was acquired by a large San Francisco tech company, he redirected his career from sales for large corporations to enhancing non-profit workforce development programs, developing curricula, coaching and training hundreds of mid-career clients on job search essentials. Outside of his work at Idealware, Colin volunteers as a career advisor, spoils his two cats, and paints acrylic landscapes in his backyard.
